Project Ho Chi Minh 2015

Hi y’all,

Sorry for the lack of communication as everyone is particularly busy this year, especially for me. So we will try our best to update as much as possible.

As you can see from the title, we have decided to head to Ho Chi Minh this year to visit a couple of orphanages. Despite our busy schedules, we are still finding time to plan for our trip this year. We have friends in Vietnam helping us to coordinate some logistical matters over there and will be heading there on the 24th December instead of our usual 25th.

As we are planning our itinerary, do let us know if you happen to know some orphanages at HCMC that require help and we would like to visit and perhaps fulfill some of their wishlist. You can email us at cggsingapore@gmail.com with the details.

Will update more and please keep us in mind in your prayers.

Thank you and God bless.

Yours truly,

Big Roy

Project Chiang Rai 2014 – An Awesome Trip!

Hey guys,

Sorry for the lack of updates over here but we have been updating a lot on Facebook due to the ease of uploading of pics via many forms of  medium.

The trip to Chiang Rai was an awesome one. We planned for 2 locations but ended up checking out another school, totally impromptu. Everyone enjoyed themselves playing with the kids, mingling with them, spreading the love and I must say our team was ready for all things unexpected. Could be due to our many years of experience dealing with kids? I’ll leave it to your speculation!

As I have embarked on a new venture of late, time is really limited on my side. Hence I will try to upload pics of the schools asap! I have already uploaded the first school pics and you can view them on https://www.facebook.com/caregiversgroup!

Thanks again for all the support guys! Your trust in us let us witness the happy faces of all our beneficiaries! We will upload the list of donors and supporters soon!

Take care and God bless!

Yours faithfully,

Big Roy

All Booked!

Hey guys!
All our flight tickets, lodging and transportation are booked for this year’s trip to Chiang Rai! Total expenses per pax excluding food and shopping is around S$760 and all are paid for by our own members, just to be part of something meaningful that CGG is committed to do annually.

This year so far we have only 9 participants as most of our regular members have their own commitments. However I have a couple of friends from Chiang Rai itself whom will be joining us there. Nevertheless, it’s gonna be a fruitful trip and we are so looking forward to it. Will be meeting up sometime next week to work on the programs while we are there. Just waiting for our friends to get back on the wish list and demographics of the kids there to better cater to them.

At the same time, we will be having another fund raiser event this year sometime end Nov. Yes it is our popular Fund Bake event again and this year we will be holding it in a proper baking environment, and learning from an artisan baker with many years of experience! We shall reveal the item that we’ll be learning to bake once the venue is confirmed! Looking forward to everyone’s support on this!

Alrighty gonna run, stay tuned to more updates sometime this weekend!

God bless,
Big Roy
